  Color: Pale straw
  Nose: Petrol, flinty minerality with citrus. White flower after 1 hour open
  Palate: Citrus, reen apple, white pear, crisp and high acidity. Medium body.
  Finish: Steely long finish
  Food pairing: Oyster, seafood
  Conclusion: very good at this discounted price from $65 to $35 in Singapore
