It looks like there's some bottle variation here. My first bottle was excellent, but this one is almost expressionless, with the faintest hint of taint on the nose. Drinkable but a waste of time. Bummer.

Wow, what a difference from 2 years ago. It is now a full bodied, ruby-dark red beautiful wine, with red fruits and plum and smooth tannins. It developed over 90 minutes and I think it has 5-10 years left in it.

Somewhat pale ruby color. The nose is actually not bad. But on the palate, the wine is completely one-dimensional and uninteresting. This is a very poor excuse for a premier cru, and would not even be a decent quality village Pommard. A left-over 2018 Bourgogne from Jean-Marc Pillot was vastly better.

Slightly better than the first bottle (see previous notes). But this got at least 4 hours of air before tasting!

This was infanticide with an a-bomb! This sucker needs atleast 15-20 years in the cellaring with so intense alchohol to be more integrated..
It showed so much potential regardign cherry and rose petals!
