A: Pale Ruby (looks dark at first but at the rim, you can read your newspaper through it) N: cooked plum, blackcurrant, herbs and others picked up a lot of black pepper. A youthful wine P: Dry. High tannin, medium (+) body, (instructor says could also be Medium), medium (+) acid, medium (+) acid (instructor says Medium), Medium (+) intensity and finish (both of these are Medium for the instructor), high alcohol. C: ITs a Good Quality wine Drink now, don't age if all that fruit is indeed dried fruit and not fresh.
WORST TASTING FOR ME. I THOUGHT THIS MORE YOUTHFUL THAN THE INSTRUCTOR AND BETTER QUALITY
