Lovely on opening---sour cherry/almond/rose petal aromas, soft and light on the palate with no tannins left. Falls apart after an hour or so open and then just smells like madeira.

A (Burgundy Grand Cru) Birthday Celebration (House of Nanda - Chicago IL): Decanted for many hours before tasting. Also quite classic, but bigger with more volume, so the imperfect harmony was less obvious.
