Really good with Cotton Bottom garlic cheeseburgers. The nose is a little reticent initially but opens up more after 30 minutes. Pretty black fruit. Vanilla

This had a pretty cherry blossom nose. The palate was tart cherry, blackberry, and pomegranate that went well with ribeye steaks. I think that it would benefit from a little more aging for the tannins to soften. This bottle was better than the last 6 months ago.
