Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90.5 points

  • Pale yellow gold color turning transparent at the rim with a reflective edge and legs that indicate medium level alcohol. The nose is steely, with lots of mineral tones, a bit of vanilla, and green apples, pears, and a hint of banana. The palate is medium-bodied that’s ever so slightly buttery with a gripping texture brought by lively acidity followed by a long, chalky, salt-laced finish. This is enjoyable, but do not over chill. Drinks well at around 11 degrees centigrade. Drink now until 2030. 92+
