  Interesting and very different wine. Distinctly herbal with scents of fresh hay and a hint of anise. Nice balancing acidity. Best with some chill; the herbal character is a bit too distinct if too warm. Would be a good wine with Greek or some spiced seafood, I think. Has some cut to it. Better as a food wine than aperitif. It would sing with the right food match.
