  • Deep and rich purplish ruby red. Layered nose with black cherries, black currants and vanilla. Medium plus tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Very dry with notes of vanilla, herbs and dark berries. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2023.

  • This blend of 55% Syrah and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon is from three vineyards. Aged for 22 months in tight-grained American Oak barrels and bottled sterile filtered.

    Ripe, rich and intense, with touch of fig, dark blackberry and black cherry flavors that are medium plus in tannins, showing plenty of vanilla-scented oak.

    Acidity (TA): 6.7 g/l
    pH: 3.59
    15% Whole Cluster and 85% Whole berry fermentation
    Cooperage: 15% new, 15% once used and 70% neutral oak barrels
    Barrel Aging: 22 months in barrel
