P'n'P, served with baked pork chops with apples and brussel sprouts (paired really well) - lemon, green apple, and pear lead to a hint of creaminess in the mouthfeel and hint of oak notes with some minerality, crisp acidity, medium finish. Fruit is fading and I think it is passing its prime, but enjoyable.

2 days later update. It’s been refrigerated. It now has ripe apple notes on palate. Sweet citrus. It’s passed it’s prime if you ask me and I’m surprised any wine store would still be selling this at this point as part of their floor offering.

Appearance - clear and clean. Straw.
Nose - yeasty straw. There is no fruit. It’s all yeast and baked bread. How weird is that?
Palate - more balanced and pleasant on palate. Very yeast driven. This is an odd Chardonnay to me. It’s pleasant enough to drink but weird given the yeast dominance on the palate. Dare I say, a flat champagne?
It’s a weird wine. Pleasant but...

Nice, dry Chardonnay. Great food wine. Clean and crisp. Green apple, unripe pear, honeysuckle, and a light citrus finish.
