  12.0% - Clear, med lemon / clean, med+ intensity - green apple, citrus, floral, very floral (too much for my taste) / dry, med+ acidity, light body, med intensity, med length. The 2012 were more refined, more depth. There are so many other Cava alternatives out there for less money. Will skip that vintage and see next year...

  The pre-cursor to the Minibar dinner in DC served by them. These are basically just starter bubbles. They're totally fine and reasonable, but weren't as interesting as the champagne we had after and weren't all the memorable on their own. Still, it's always nice to start a meal with some bubbles. Feels more festive.
