  It was aromatic with red fruit, perfume and blood orange. Natural-wine typical like of palate with light pure red and orange fruit. Enjoyable.

  L'expérience avec cette cuvée a été spéciale.
  Dégusté a l'aveugle, elle a (hormis moi même qui l'avait offerte peut-être que mon jugement est moins partiale) déçu la grande majorité des dégustateur dont 2 professionnelles du monde du vin et dont 1 était un ancien importateur du domaine...
  Ma note reflète donc le maximum que je pouvais noter du au fait que j'ai évidemment tenu compte des autres dégustateurs.
  
  Robe très pâle vermillion aux reflets orangé, légèrement trouble. ( dans style vin macération)
  
  Le nez était discret à l'ouverture, quelques notes d'orange, canneberge, floral, pas de gaz corbonique ici.
  
  La bouche était très légère, acidité moyenne +, un manque relatif de saveur en bouche.
  
  De mon point de vue, c'était finalement très léger, délicat voir élégant au nez et en bouche, ce que j'apprécie.
  Je pense que si nous avions plus pris le temps de laisser s'ouvrir la bouteille et d'attendre (ce que le rythme de la dégustation n'aurait ici pas permis), le jugement aurait pu être différent... Mais la majorité a raison et je dois me ranger à celle-ci. J'espère pouvoir regouter un jour...

  Thierry Allemand Tasting (Restaurant de Chine): Breathed for two hours before dinner, and revisited after all the Cornas, rather refreshing, more than comparable intensity after such heavy tannin wines. Orange flowers, beetroot, meaty, soy sauce, skinless but is it? Really incredible perfume here, so sharp and so precise. Tannin exists but almost unnotable. Elegant and opening palate, superbly deep spice, sweet but dry finish, forever lingering heat, so dimensional, very very impressive. 94-95
