Pale straw color. Aroma is medium intensity with aromas of wet hay, grass, grapefruits, green apples, lemon, pear. On the palate the wine is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium minus body and medium flavor intensity. The finish is medium minus. On the palate, grapefruits, citrus, granny smith apple, lemons, pears. The wine is balanced with primary fruit flavors. It is a clear relative of Sauvignon Blanc but without the intensity or the sharper acidity. The wine is good, would drink now or in the next 1-3 years.

Crisp, light. Lemony, a touch of minerality. Nice summer wine. Best served 35-36’ out of the frig.
