  Like most of their wines, they are only released when they feel they are ready to drink, fantastic philosophy and which ensures the consumer can just Pop and Pour, instead of waiting years for the wines to be ready. The Chianti Classic, showed freshness and lightness on the palate along with good red and dark fruit concentration, liquorice, lavender along with chalkiness in the tannins, the finish was elegant and bright.
