Newer 25hl casks for this wine; a careful selection from this important Cru site. The nose and palate are both more complex than the normale ('14), which I suppose is expected. So too is the absence of some freshness. But, having had Roberto's wines over the years, I've come to learn they need more time than most/many before they're really in their zone. Red-fruited, layered, with avg+ complexity and persistence, this is quite good. An excellent value at the cantina. Easily recommended+
