Aromas of vanilla, butterscotch, lemon meringue and tropical fruit. Flavors papaya, banana, mango, vanilla and nutmeg. Ends with 30-35 second finish with tropical fruit and pie crust notes. Classic California Chardonnay.

This was great - although it needed 3-4 hours of air minimum to really show itself. At first, the nose revealed subtle notes of honey, lemon curd, and butter, and was closed in the mouth (tasting almost light-bodied). If consuming in 1-2 hours I'd say you're probably going to miss the full experience. With additional time for aeration, it gained complexity, weight, and depth - showcasing notes of buttered tropical and citrus fruits and apple blossom on the nose, followed by a big, full, expansive, and somewhat oily textured mouthfeel showcasing much of the same flavors. Good now but has the stuffing and backbone to hold for at least 1-2 more years.

Aromas of pineapple, mango, papaya, butterscotch and roasted nut. Flavors of mango, papaya, butterscotch and lemon pie. Ends with a 35-40 second finish with butterscotch notes. Guessed this right because my wife brought it. My favorite wine of the night but neck and neck with a Le Petite Haut Lafitte.

Really good, even right after opening, and it further improves from there.

Wonderful nose, but tasted a bit light. Perhaps past its prime.
