  Bu au resto AVV Comme chez soi de Bromont.
  Bu avec la bisque de crustacés, bel accord.
  C'est sur la citronelle, un peu de cire d'abeilles et
  des fleurs. Bien droit et sec, le petit côté rancio et
  iodé le rende fort différent et complexe.
  Belle finale bien franche sur des relent
  de minéraux.
  De mieux en mieux, très bon!

  Encore très en forme, mieux que les autres.
  Il commence à entrer dans son sweet spot.
  Nez sur la crie d`abeille, les fleurs et la citronelle
  avec une pointe d`hydro-carbures.
  En bouche, belle tension et minéralité.
  Bien droit et sec, des pommes, des agrumes et
  une pointe de miel.
  Hyper long et sallivant en finale.
  Excellent.

  Prior bottle was nearly 10 months ago and this wine continues to show quite well. Apple, pear and peach on the nose with a hint of chalk and mineral towards the back, but much more white fruit than chalk now. Medium bodied with a very similar flavor profile to my prior bottle: white apple and pear upfront, white peach through the middle and melon, lemon and other citrus notes on the backside. Finish was light chalk, minerals and earth. Also similar to my prior bottle this wine continues to become better integrated and more rounded overall with the fruit and structure coming together so as to bring out the fruit notes, but with solid backbone. Has the elements to maintain this level for another couple of years, but drinking at peak now.

  Super franc et vif encore une fois.
  A semblé plus équilibré et fin que les autres bus
  auparavant. Citrons, limettes surtout
  avec du miel et des pommes. Belle acidité
  avec une finale franche et sallivante.

  good. Light golden color. Dry, not sweet. Better as it warmed up
