  Just wonderful! Kabinett as it should be.One of the best. Finely grained, nicely acid-balanced, ,displaying all of the usual WS flower and mineral depth and gentler diverse comquat, lemon, apple and smokey petrol notes.. The 2016s are coming into focus now and difficult to resist. These will of course last for a decade or more.

  For a riesling newbee this was somewhat of a revelation. First willi wine, too. Smack bang wonderful nose. Absolutely irresistable. The sweetness is high for my palate and didnt do it for me paired with a chicken curry - i am more thinking a desert with some acidic twang (?) But what a wonderful, wonderful wine.

  Another Willi Schaeffer kabinett winner--so nicely balanced, full of mineral-driven acid in a field of slightly fruity orange blossoms, mild apricot, grassy scents, lemon hints and that Graacher Domprobst sturdiness underneath an elegant cover. I like these a year or two more aged to perfect the acid/sugar balance, but definitely ready to enjoy as a wonderful food wine.

  Einfach nur lecker ! Kabinett von der Mosel wie er sein soll .sehr trinkfreudig , noch lange lagerbar. wird wahrscheinlich von Jahr zu Jahr besser. Top

  Wow this showed so well tonight with some chicken curry, lots of bright yellow tropical fruits, orange and lime zest, mineral undertones and a subtle green apple skin, palate has a generous fruit feel, high acidity that’s well balanced and integrated and there’s a long finish
