PnP. Continues to drink at a high level; consistent with the fine bottle of three years ago, fine build, sapid, with add'l complexity that comes with more time in bottle. Drink now or the next several years based on this showing. 12,5% abv. recommended
Very good Freisa again. The effervescent appearance dominates the first hour, with a bouquet of cherries, cranberries, some cinnamon and some chalky dust. Quite a unique wine, a mix between a PetNat and a vin naturel Syrah from the upper Ardeche.

Opened with pizza, consumed on PnP and over a couple hours, then saved a couple samples in 4oz jars to revisit over the coming days.
Dark translucent ruby, it opens with a bit of spritz on the front of the tongue, consistent with about every note below. The wine has an otherwise fresh disposition with sour cherry, luxardo, leather, faint florals, and quite a bit of bright cranberry.
Upon revisiting, this has some ageable Bordeaux styled green notes and lots of acidity. I could see it performing well for a few years.

PnP. Good>Very good. Dark red berries, some citrus spray, gravel, pine tree, loam, etc. The wine was served with a slight chill, and was immediately ready for some complex/bold appetizers; the (noticeable but slight) frizzante dissipated after the first hour the bottle was open. Drank well into day 2 though I did prefer the freshness of day 1. Should drink at this level for several more years. Old school goodness. recommended
