Intense, bold flavours of candied pineapples, straw, grass. What we see at the back were mainly vanillin, and a sharp hit of the alcohol. Prefer if the alcohol is tamed, but generally a good one

Some complexity, good acid balance, oak is definitely there but not at all overpowering. We were reminded why we liked this wine so much in their tasting room. Drank it with wild mushroom and porcini ravioli with a brown butter and parsley sauce with chives. Really good!
