Tasted over 2 hrs, pink screw cap with underlying seal that popped off with some velocity -highly unusual semi-translucent cloudy pink orange red, looks more like a light red (pulled as a sample during fermentation) than a rose -berry rhubarb wild feral -mild spritz med acidity, med- weight not a lot of depth or complexity but nice fresh earthy berry -interesting and pleasant natural wine; don't try this thinking it's a traditional rosé but rather expect a hypothetical rosé blend of Gravner and kombucha
