Improved considerably w/extended decant. Real crowd pleaser among our wine friends not too familiar w/FLX wines. Good combination of fruit & mineral notes present.

Finger Lakes Vacation 2018; 9/2/2018-9/7/2018 (Finger Lakes, New York, USA): Tasted at the winery. 0.8% RS. Old world take on Riesling here. Petrol and lime on the nose with great Seneca Lake orange blossom, clementine, and tangerine qualities. Back to more lime and Polynesian lime on the palate with solid white rock dust minerality. High acid gives this wine a hard edge at the time of tasting, but we wager that this wine could age anywhere from 3-10 years. "Very good-to-excellent," 90+/100.

Excellent dry Riesling paired perfectly with/turkey & traditional sides at our Friendsgiving. Will continue to age well going forward.
