  Excellent! It reminds me of a white Burgundy. Delicate mouthfeel and taste with light citrus flavor. Nice acidity. Unlike most CA Chardonnay, I don’t detect any oak influence - no maple syrup or butter.
  Very nice with goat and sheep cheese apéro and looking forward to pairing it with halibut for dinner.
  
  Another excellent wine from nice people that make quality wine on the North Coast of CA.
