Light golden color. Nose initially restrained but opens up with time, waxy florals and hint of bright lemon. Palate richly textured with bright acidity, strong floral/honey notes, slight sweetness, some stone fruits and tropical fruits with time. From back label, inspired by Alsatian field blends harvested/co-fermented together, online notes refer to Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot noir, gewurztraminer. Very nice with occasionally spicy/very flavorful Vietnamese, the light sweetness goes well with the spicy flavors but the brightness and balanced richness keeps it refreshing, really enjoyable

Impromptu Sunday Wines at Tim's (Tim's, SF): Pale yellow color. Modestly terpenic nose of peach and a little honeyed botrytis - straightforward and delicious. [edit: According to the winemaker, there was no botrytis, so I might have mistaken fermentation esters and fruit ripeness for botrytis].
On the palate, slightly off dry (maybe 5-7g/l? - correct, 6g/L) with medium body and alcohol and medium plus acid and slight bitterness. Very good integration and a supple finish.
This appears to be an Edelzwicker-like blend, and is a crazy-good example of that style. Simple, delicious, and persistent on the palate.
