  • Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of medium lemon-green colour, with wide watery rims and legs.
    Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of pear, herbaceous notes of grass, floral notes of acacia, mineral notes of saline and stony, oak notes of toast, maturity notes of petrol. The wine is developing.
    Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine has medium alcohol, medium (-) body and exhibiting medium (+) intensity of flavours, with citrus fruit of lemon, oak notes of toast, herbaceous notes of grass, green fruit of green apple, autolytic notes of yeast. The wine has a medium finish.
    Conclusion: Very good quality Swiss white with a refreshing and crisp note showing good intensity, with plenty of citrus, green fruit, floral and mineral characters. The oaky aromas are subtle, with a delicate hint of petrol. On the palate it is vibrant with good acidity, with good concentration of flavours and a decent length on the finish. It is ready to drink now and can further develop for another 3-5 years.

  • Yellow Stone fruit, fairly "warm" in the nose but with an intense acidity, this extreme acidity is not as well balanced as in german Rieslings, so it lacks a bit of balance and elegance, but overall nice to drink
