  violet-ruby color with translucence at the edges. Nose grapey, dark fruited; faint cinnamon and some florals. Palate dark fruited, black cherries with a polished juicy tone, a hint of tart acidity before a finish with chalky tannin. Still seems young and primary but good potential, I think. Interested to see how this wine develops in future years with more bottle and also more vine age. 90 pts
