  • a great combo of verve, sweet, minerality and acidity makes this a lovely drink. even more acidity would make it better. it has a lovely mouthfeel, reminiscent of suede and i quite enjoyed rolling this around my mucous membranes. flavors of flowers and baked apples with a long finish. delicious.

  • lovely and perfumed nose of pear and white flowers
mouth - rich, sweet, unctuous, reminiscent of the sugary syrup that comes along with canned fruit. if you like desert wines this could be right up your alley displaying a fresher quality than a sauternes. for me it lacks the requisite acidity to make it really interesting. i'll be interested to hold this for 10 years and see what becomes of it.

  • AP#10. Lemon yellow; medium-plus aromatics with lime, peach, slight minerals; palate is medium bodied, balanced sweetness, medium acidity, stone fruit and lime; finish is medium length. More white fruited and less minerals compared to the 2017 version of this wine. 90
