100% neutral barrel. Went and Dijon clone. No Malo. Green-yellow coloring. Bright, searing acids. Definitely tastes of Chard - some lemon meringue and tropical notes. Slightly tired? finish. Not as much going on as I wanted.

Really great stuff at $15 or so. Lemon bar, almond paste, and stone fruit. Medium plus bodied with the neutral oak adding a perfect amount of weight. Drinks like a $40+ wine.

Nicely balanced Chardonnay. Neutral oak. Fruits are still pleasant but unidentifiable. Surprisingly good with spicy chicken shawarma.

A nice little chardonnay on a Tuesday night. Nose of stone fruits, green apples, touch of spice and lightly oaked.
Jill enjoyed as well.
