I always find the development of Rhone whites fascinating. This shows honey and peach, waxy lemons, but quite subdued. It actually doesn't smell of much at all. Full bodied and rich and quite fat in the mouth, lactic tasting without actually being creamy, still with good acid and not at all flabby, very nice bitter almond finish with something slightly herbal.
This is one of those wines that remind me of the inadequacy of wine scores. On paper this bottle is nothing special, and I cannot objectively score it any higher, but really I think it's great.

Honeysuckle, mandarin on the nose. Drank on a very hot day and felt lighter than the previous bottles, nevertheless full bodied. Toffee finish. Quite a lot of alcohol but still fresh. Very good.

Peach and honeysuckle smell. Quite rich in the mouth with some honey. Juicy acid and a nutty slightly bitter finish. Very good. I might leave the others longer to see how they develop.

Elegant, rich nose, ripe apricot, nectarine, orange zest, orange blossom, wax, honey, hazelnuts, marzipan, baking spice. Rich texture, rich fruit, nice texture, good acid, long finish. Not extremely complex but good and very tasty.

Rich mineral and waxy smell, some peach. Very full bodied feel in the mouth. Smooth honey and toffee taste, slightly yeasty. Low acid, or at least I perceive little acid. Long finish.
