  Good red fruit and smooth, well-integrated tannins. I slightly liked this better when tasting a couple years ago when the fruit was a little more primary. I wouldn't hold on to these for long as I don't see them improving significantly. Very pleasant bottle!

  Unfortunately, I have no formal tasting notes from when I tried it; but overall, this was a very plush, textured wine, and I really liked the unusual/complex blend of grapes. The structure and general impression reminded me of Cade's higher-end offerings; however, to me, this had more finesse and nuance due to the "inverse-Bordeaux" blend. I'd love to revisit this wine once it's been decanted and gets a little more time to open up.
  
  If you're able to try or buy a bottle, go for it!
