light straw color. Nose of lemon, toast or biscuit, and a little hazelnut. The wine is tart, grapefruity, with some mineral flavors. It held up well to grilled chicken sausages with spinach and feta.

It's fine and it is what it is. Citrus but underdeveloped body and a stale finish. Nose is nice and smells like a regional Burgundian chardonnay. Would happily drink again, but only getting worse as it sits and oxidizes--drink now.
