Decanted one hour. This bottle didn’t show any of the heat mentioned in a few other CT notes. It did display a lively mix of red fruits and some black pepper on both the nose and palate, with a little acidity in the finish. I’m not sure I could’ve called it as a Syrah/Grenache/Mourvèdre blend if served blind, but I enjoyed it.

Time to drink. Blackberries and lots of red fruits. Lots of sediment in the filter when decanted. Very enjoyable.

Luscious boysenberry jam nose. Racy and sleek. Great mouthfeel with a slight graphite edge. Nice finish. Enjoy.
