Pale straw in color. Nose of apple cider, ripe peaches, and limestone. Tastes of ripe peaches, apple cider, and hints of cardamon and minerals. Very clean and precise at this stage. Well structured with pronounced, but approachable acidity balanced nicely but ripe tropical and red fruits. Revisit in 7-15 years.
