  • Translucent bright red ruby in glass - lifted aromatics, with time incredible barnyard pong, saddle and dark berries.
Incredibly savoury, yet with lightness (if spritz), drinking beautifully now - well resolved, silky supple textures, fresh black earth and hint ferrous.
Layered, textural, velvety goodness, with a bitter streak. Brilliant and elegant, drinking well with yunnan food.
Mushrooms and more cold-cut florals on the finish. This is quite enjoyable, if surprising!
Was not expecting this much complexity...

  • From magnum; closed, mute fruit, lacks a fresh feel. Doesn’t convince.
