Still a bit young with hard edges. Needs a couple hours but then really shows some good stuff. Another year or two and I expect this to improve to 93-94.

A wine cut from the same cloth as a recent bottle of Grattamacco I enjoyed. A wine in which I thought was of a similar DNA to Solaia. But here, this can be had for around $40 bucks, which makes this all the more enjoyable and a most impressive QPR. With an ultraviolet appearance and beautiful floral nose, the acidity and freshness supports the flavor attack of razzberry and strawberry zing. I'd say the Sangioveto, Merlot, and Cab are getting along quite nicely here and provide a nice counter balance to one another. This will totally get better in the months and years ahead.

Full body, dark fruits, nice mouthfeel. Nicely balanced with mild tannin on the finish, but needs an hour to decant to open up. Could use a couple more years in the cellar 91+

Needs a good hour of air to polish some initially rough edges. Very nice afterwards. Probably could benefit from a few more years.
