So... I poured this blind for friends (via Zoom, with a driveway meet up a few hours before hand to exchange 6 oz bottles... one does what one has to in pandemic times), and they were suitably impressed. The 64 months on lees came across as a reductive quality... which is not a bad thing. A lot of interesting stuff going on here. I mean, it's not Champagne, but when a decent bottle of Champagne from a grower/producer starts at $70 in our market, and the Graham Beck Brut Zero is $24.95, it's a no brainer to stock up on this as your daily drinker.
