Wynns Estate Cellar Door (Coonawarra): Dark ruby color. Complex nose of berries and maybe a touch of citrus.Expansive palate; stony and earthy, peppery, dark fruit. Long finish of earth and stone with tart, acidic red and black fruit. Great balance and complexity. Perhaps lacking a bit of concentration and character ("oomph") right now.

Cellarmasters - Meet the makers - Women in wine (Wharf 2 13 Hickson Road Millers Point): Blackberry and slight peppercorn, cream, vanilla, fruit is little muted Id' suggest. Juicy and fleshy with very slight herbaceousness to the blackberry and tiny touches of black tea. All carries very long with flour textured tannins coming for the journey.
