Even better than my bottle last Sept - brighter, more focus. I agree with the comice pear comparison below with a refreshing bitter touch. Excellent Grego.

Initial aroma and flavors of hay and citrus, slight bitter edge. With aeration, additional complexities of minerals and almond paste – super versatile – love me a good Greco!

Citrus and herbs in the nose and taste. The lime-like acidity makes this a wine to go with seafood. Great mouthfeel of stones and texture reveals it as a cut above lighter regional offerings. Due to the acidity and flint, one might confuse this with Chablis — a heretical thought, I know — but I have to throw this out on the table for consideration.

Excellent, modern iteration of the ancient grape variety. Soft comice pear flavors meld with gentle acidity to make this textbook white dinner wine. Broad appeal, and class.
