Good nose of cherry and strawberry joined by some herbs and earthiness on the palate. Very long finish. Lightish weight yet well balanced and complete. Great value at £25.

The best CA Pinot for the price. I just returned from a tasting trip to the Sonoma Coast and this is superior to most of the Pinots I tasted at double, triple and quadruple the price. But it won’t be for those who like the ripe, CA ripe style.

Raspberries, strawberries, and red currants are enhanced by earthy notes of freshly dug soil, spices, and that feral funk I usually find in this bottling. A dash of white pepper on the mid-palate makes way for hints of bottle age and toast on the finish. Always dependable.

A very good wine at this price. A little more strawberry than raspberry, some dried cranberry and herbs on the finish.
