100% Roussanne. 13.5% alcohol. Apricot, ranier cherry, honey, dried herbs, chamomile tea, cloves, burnt orange peel, and vanilla—almost like a crème de cacao sort of taste. The oily, macademia nut texture is there. Plenty of lip-smakingly good minerals on the finish. Even more opulent on day 2, with intense honey flavors. Wow, this is incredible! I want more of this, especially for the price. I could drink this all day.

Quite yellow colour for the age. Ripe honeysuckle and apricot on the nose. Alluring in a fairly rich way. Perhaps just a bit fatter and more oily than the 2017. By the second day the palate has unwound and lost a bit of fruit definition, suggesting perhaps less potential for development from here.
