Tasted about 1 hour after decanting. The color is medium ruby. The nose has volatile organics with hints of mint, cherries, menthol, and violets. The palate has cherries, forest floor, a bit of mint. It has a light body with medium acid, smooth tannins, and a long finish. This gamay noir has some staying power. The price point allows its use as a table wine, but it's better than that.

Pale ruby colour. Medium and developing nose with red cherry and earth. Medium taste of strawberry, red cherry and earth. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Low tannins. Medium body. A very good Oregon Gamay. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with pork or poultry.

Deep ruby. Lovely nose of black pepper, really grippy, vibrant dark red fruit. Good acidity and a freshness to the finished. Really tasty, and none of the weighty clumsiness from which Beaujolais can suffer. Just about ****
