If I ever doubted this wine, it’s only because I didn’t allow it sufficient time to mature. This bottle is singing in such a way as to blow out the rafters. Bright red apple and crisp white pear with a slight touch of ginger and white pepper on the finish. The mouthfeel is fairly big with a satisfying roundness. Not so much a big wine, as a complete wine. 12.5% alc. With leftover peanut soup and cheeses. So good that PM asked me to order some for her. Recommended.

I first fell in love with Pinot Blanc as a grape tasting an Oregon PB (from Chehalem), so perhaps it is natural that I have an affinity for the Oregon rendition of this grape. Nonetheless, after many German Weissburgunders, I still found this wine a pleasant surprise with a dinner of takeout Japanese food tonight. Light, crisp, minerally, with floral overtones, it's just what I want in this variety. Well done, Vincent!

This s a wine that needs more time than most people would allow. Sometimes parenting is like that. This is a wine more depth than most people might be patient to wait for. Full of apple and pear with a slight touch of spice, maybe white pepper on the finish. I’m wishing I’d gone long on this. 12.5% alc. With grilled swiss cheese sandwiches, just PM and me. Lots of fun. Recommended.

Much prettier than the prior bottle two years ago; age has its blessings. Loads of pear, fig and some white pepper on the finish. An unexpected delight. 12.5% alc. With assorted cheeses and bread. Recommended.

crisp and refreshing. I think there's still some enamel left on my teeth. Nice wine.
