Light yellow with the slightest golden hue starting to show. At first floral, citrus, and pear to the nose. Crisp on the palate. Fruit at first with mineral emerging quickly, which is how it finishes. But the flavor keeps evolving, eventually becoming more balanced and mellowing to a nice round drink.

Very nice Burg Blanc. Pale gold. Green apple and lemon or grapefruit to the nose. The aromas carry to the taste, more grapefruit than lemon but with the apple. Crisp. As the taste would implicate, decent acidity. Not getting any minerality but still very young. As expected, no oak.
