  • For a wine that probably was @$10-12 a bottle when sold, this is aging very well. Definitely still some Cabernet dark fruit flavors and character, plus some earthiness and tobacco, as expected. Medium to full bodied. Appealing spicy finish. This was from a case found a year or two ago in a relative’s subterranean garage, so climate control was passive but it was fairly cool (65-70F) even in mid-summer.
