A heavenly night of Pichon!!! (Seattle, WA, USA): Some toasty wood on the nose. The palate is soft, pillowy, sweet, like a marshmallow. This loses focus on the short finish, not much acidity, sort of flabby. It is a pleasant wine, but alongside the Corton it didn't stand a chance.

Seattle offline at Daniel's Broiler (Seattle, WA, USA): My bottle. Butterscotch nose. The palate is like a fluffy, down pillow it is so soft. Compared to the prior whites this seems almost flabby, but it is pleasant with an almost marshmallowy softness and sweetness. I liked this more than I expected.
