  比较奔放有动感的白花香，有脆白桃、菠萝、淡色柑橘，但是呈现比较轻盈的果味。带有奶油感，酵母味，和星星点点的矿物质。入口比较中等，酸度高挑，形成细细的网络，整体做得偏干。果味比较单一，脆白桃、青苹果、一点热带果，微咸矿物感和酵母细细丝丝，结尾比较干净，带点苦杏仁。89/100

  Pretty stuff. Light nose with fruit blossoms and Riesling jazzmatazz. Slight spritz with a good body. Light acids. Just a little hint of sweetness on the body - perfect Kab. Drops off with pineapple and a little white pepper. Slightly too thick on the finish, but that is stretching to complain. Very nice.

This has around 20g of RS here, but it seems terribly obvious somehow after tasting all the trockens! Still, the nose is of flint and even sulphur. The palate offers a honeyed and stewed apple sweetness, generous in flavour despite never really being bigger than light/medium-body, but with a refreshing tangy character too. Medium finish, off-dry presence throughout; good wine, sensational for the price.
