Meyer lemon on the nose. The mouth greatly lacks acidity and the wood treatment leave a bitter taste on the finale. Disappointing for the level and price

Pale gold color. Aromas of toast, white peach, vanilla, crème brûlée. Nicely balanced and similar flavor profile similar to bouquet with ample finish and concluding with a twinge of quinine.

What a lovely white Burgundy - bright and lemony, with minerality and salinity that bloomed in the glass. Had it with maitake and carrot appetizers, but would have been amazing with oysters.

By the glass. A well-known terroir always needing an extra-time, more than ten years in a good vintage, to offer the best it treasures. Overwhelming acidity to combat an extraordinary density and that right now does not impose the necessary harmony. Even so, sweet aromas of peaches and ripe mango appear on the nose. Persistent and full of personality.
