  From magnum. It has been a couple of years since last bottle and I was worried about how this might be holding up. Worries unfounded. This was rockin. Full on bone dry Riesling without the slightest hint of age. Propelled I think by acidity. Was amazing with feast of 7 fishes. So versatile. Totally smoked the weiser kunstler Sekt.

  from magnum. i transported this today, and the cork shot halfway to the moon on opening (luckily we were outside!). despite this there was ample mousse on pouring that dissipated with time in glass. full on riesling flavor profile and bone dry. i enjoyed this. next time will be more careful with the cork and if transporting will do so in advance of opening
