  at cellar temp the crisp pear nature is more apparent, but all the factors above still exist. all in all delicious.

  8%EtOH , guzzled down like a bottle of soda pop on a sunny California (Briones) hike. Very quaffable, rather rounded. A nice slate minerality comforts the palate and helps me deal with the sucrosity as much or more than the acidity does. A bit reminiscent of a piece of of bread with a fabulous jam that you absolutely wolf down in 3 bites. Golden raisins on the sweet finish. With a bit more acidity this wine would be a beast.
