  Freixenet, Ice Rosé, Cuvée Especial, Metodo Tradicional, Semi Seco, Cava, Spain, 12%.

  Drink over ice and - if you want - with some fresh (red) fruit in it.
  TN 18-03-2020 (not over ice):
  Very well made.
  No faults.
  Good balance, however just a little bid too sweet for me.
  Nice but a too subtle red fruit taste.
  But overall (of course) very simple.
  The standard dry Freixenet is better.

  For me R=87 only for the mousse, no faults and being a real brut, but R=82 to 83 for the overall.
  TN 04-04-2020 (not over ice):
  Still 100% okay.
  No mousse, but still lightly pétillant.
  Maybe a bid richer, more body now, so better after 2 weeks stored at room temperature.
  TN 05-04-2020 (not over ice):
  The same.
  R=85 and QPR=8 if you like the semi dry sweetness, otherwise resp. 83 and 7.
