Deep intense and smoky, the lemon candy, baked apple and soursop flavors swirled beautifully around a dinner of chicken piccata. Markedly different from the Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay from this same outstanding producer, this wine probably has a good 4-8 years left, and should round out to reveal additional dimensions within that period.
